Prenuptial agreements
Prenuptial agreements concerning property rights agreements – often with regards to third-parties such as creditors – must be notarized.
Based on the latest regulations of the Civil Code, marital spouses are able to form property agreements, for example by fully excluding the possibility of common property acquisition in a much wider range and with greater contractual freedom, from a whole set of new legal constructions for example by applying rules of property separation.
