1. Legal representation in land registry procedures

The participation of an attorney is binding in each land registry procedure that concerns any change in property ownership.

2. SPA (sale and purchase agreement)

Based on regulations of the Civil Code, the SPA means that the seller is obliged to transfer the ownership of a thing to the buyer while the buyer is obliged to disburse the purchase price and to take possession of the property.

If the object of the sale and purchase agreement is a real estate, in addition to transferring ownership the seller shall also transfer possession of the thing. If the object of the sales contract is a real estate property, it shall be executed in writing.

3. Establishment of a condominium

4. Donation contract

Based on the regulations of the Civil Code, a donation contract means that the donor is obliged to transfer the ownership of a thing without any consideration while the donee is obliged to take possession of the thing.

If the object of donation contract is a real estate property, in addition to transferring ownership the donor shall also transfer possession of the thing. If the object of the contract of gift is a real estate property, it shall be executed in writing.

5. Establishment of beneficial ownership

Based on the regulations of the Civil Code, beneficial ownership shall enter into effect when the relevant contract or other title is executed and possession of the thing is transferred; in the case of beneficial interest on real estate property or any right registered in the real estate register, beneficial interest shall be registered in the real estate register.

6. Maintenance agreement

Based on the regulations of the Civil Code, under a maintenance agreement the person owing maintenance undertakes to provide care to the person to whom maintenance is owed and to ensure his sufficient living conditions, and the maintenance creditor undertakes to provide compensation. The maintenance agreement shall be executed in writing.

7. Lease contract

Based on the regulations of the Civil Code, under a lease agreement the lessor undertakes to convey temporary use of a thing, and the lessee undertakes to accept the thing and pay the lease charge.
