1. Order for payment proceedings

An order for payment proceeding may be conducted upon the Act L of 2009 in an electronic way, provided that all criteria has been met. In electronic proceedings, participation of an attorney-at-law or a notary public is required. The aim of an order for payment proceeding is to help legal or natural person to enforce their monetary claims in the most rapid and most effective way.

2. Execution

Execution may solely be initiated by documents specified in Section 10 of Act LIII of 1994. The aim of execution is the enforcement and collection of claims in a legal way. Claim against the debtor becomes enforceable in the event that there is an order for payment or the court of trial passed a final judgement that orders the debtor for payment, for conducting a given act.
